How to Export iTunes Playlists
Method 1: Export as M3U
- Open iTunes (or Apple Music on macOS Catalina+)
- Select the playlist you want to transfer
- Go to File → Library → Export Playlist
- Choose "M3U" as the format and save
- Upload the M3U file to Playlist2Spotify
Method 2: Copy and Paste
- Open your playlist in iTunes
- Select all songs (Cmd+A or Ctrl+A)
- Copy the song list
- Paste into Playlist2Spotify's "Paste Song List" tab
